I made this salad and it was delicious!!! I made it with rasins and left out the olives and bell peppers and wow! Best salad ever! thanks for sharing
I eat SO simple. I sometimes wonder if I should be more complicated. But so far, my raw food diet has made me feel wonderful.
I am thinking, how to ear Nigella Lawson or whatever her name was, that british aristocratic woman who wrote that book.
I can save her green juice in the morning for mourning tea saved for JUICING, and tender caresse.
Looks yummy!! I’m going to have to try this soon!

WOW thank you, looks so good.
Her hair is so cute!
Hi. I enjoyed the video. Very informative.
Excellent as usual!
Swiss chard is a great vegetable.
Additionally Swiss chard is a pretty plant and is super easy to grow if you have a place to grow it. Last year I put Swiss Chard seeds out in March. If you harvest outer leaves – it will keep putting out leaves from the middle. I had Swiss Chard until after the first hard frost in November. Gave bunches of it away, too.
I cook it the way the girls did. It pairs well with soy sauce, too.
Very Good
fantastic, thanks for sharing
What’s bak choy. 白菜? Lol?!
when r they gonna dyke it out
@spbroy it doesn’t strip all the nutrients, but yes steaming is better.
does it strip all the nutrients by boiling in water and baking..shouldn’t you steam
This looks easy and quick. You can buy canned beans that weren’t cooked in salt, too. They will taste better and be more digestible.
shut the fuck up and join the party.

The bok choy looks tasty, but the other recipies are ruined with the fattening chik peas, raisins, and nuts.
lol!!!!! I kinda know what you mean; the kale dish does look like puke. I just make some salad with some pretty red peppers and tomatoes (it looks pretty!).
god i wanna slap her so bad lol
It looks so unbelievable ugly.
I like healthy food, but not if it looks so ugly.
Haha that’s cool very entertaining to watch especially when i’m at work right now! I need to start watching more of youtube. YOUTUBE has EVERYTHING!
You know I really enjoy Kale paired with a spicy italian sausage. By itself or in a soup. But now I’m thinking of trying the turkey or chicken sausage as a healthy alternative.
Really love what you do….as a foodie, I know now you don’t have to sacrifice flavor to be healthy. And the exercises are fun too!
happy st patts!!!!
and the last one looks so good. i’ll have to tell my mom about it
Nice ideas and the girls look great – it’s nice to see fit and healthy women, not awful stick insects. Happy St Patrick’s day from Ireland!
