Is this for lunch or dinner? If dinner, can it be the whole dinner or do you need other foods?

I eat SO simple. I sometimes wonder if I should be more complicated. But so far, my raw food diet has made me feel wonderful.

I am thinking, how to ear Nigella Lawson or whatever her name was, that british aristocratic woman who wrote that book.
I can save her green juice in the morning for mourning tea saved for JUICING, and tender caresse.

What would you recommend using in place of the pine nuts? I have an allergy to pine nuts, but not to other nuts.

Swiss chard is a great vegetable.

Additionally Swiss chard is a pretty plant and is super easy to grow if you have a place to grow it. Last year I put Swiss Chard seeds out in March. If you harvest outer leaves – it will keep putting out leaves from the middle. I had Swiss Chard until after the first hard frost in November. Gave bunches of it away, too.

I cook it the way the girls did. It pairs well with soy sauce, too.

@spbroy it doesn’t strip all the nutrients, but yes steaming is better.

This looks easy and quick. You can buy canned beans that weren’t cooked in salt, too. They will taste better and be more digestible.

You know I really enjoy Kale paired with a spicy italian sausage. By itself or in a soup. But now I’m thinking of trying the turkey or chicken sausage as a healthy alternative.

Really love what you do….as a foodie, I know now you don’t have to sacrifice flavor to be healthy. And the exercises are fun too!

Nice ideas and the girls look great – it’s nice to see fit and healthy women, not awful stick insects. Happy St Patrick’s day from Ireland!
